1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website godoyswolves.com or submitting a quote request form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to Godoy's Wolves LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a landscaping and tree service company operating in Texas and surrounding areas.
2. Services
Godoy's Wolves LLC provides: residential and commercial lawn maintenance; tree service, trimming, and removal; sod installation and landscaping design; mulching, bed work, and seasonal cleanup; new construction site preparation; ranch and property maintenance; and junk and debris removal. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and mutual agreement. A written estimate or contract will be provided prior to commencement of work.
3. SMS Text Message Terms
SMS Consent & Communications. By submitting our contact form and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated SMS text messages from Godoy's Wolves LLC. This includes: quote request confirmations; appointment scheduling and reminders; service status updates; follow-up communications regarding your inquiry.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to SMS communications to receive our services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message. To re-subscribe, reply START.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at godoyswolves.treeservice@gmail.com.
Privacy: We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
4. Quote Requests & Estimates
Submitting a quote request form on our website does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. All estimates are subject to on-site evaluation and may change based on actual conditions. A formal written estimate will be provided before any work begins. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the written service agreement or invoice provided to you. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods as agreed upon. Invoices are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a scheduled service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Godoy's Wolves LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Godoy's Wolves LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
