Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Every project starts with a free estimate and no obligation. Most quotes are delivered within the hour during business hours, and tree work gets a 2-hour response.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Godoy's Wolves LLC is licensed and fully insured in Texas, including liability insurance and workers compensation.
What areas do you serve?
The DFW Metroplex, including Highland Park, University Park, Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, and Allen. Tree service reaches Sherman and Grayson County.
Do you work with commercial properties?
Yes, commercial grounds are our specialty. We maintain properties for PetSmart, the Dallas Zoo, Harbor Freight, Best Buy, and Burger King, plus HOAs and local businesses.
Do you offer one-time services or only contracts?
Both. One-time cleanups, single-tree removals, and ongoing weekly maintenance are all welcome, and none of them require a contract.
Do you install and repair sprinkler systems?
Yes. Our irrigation licensing is current, which Texas requires for anyone installing or repairing a system for compensation. That covers zone and valve repair, controllers, leak location, and new installation.
Do you fix standing water and drainage problems?
Yes. French drains, surface and channel drains, regrading, and downspout extensions. On North Texas clay water that sits in the yard works toward the slab, so it is worth looking at properly rather than living with it.
How fast do you respond?
Most quotes go out within the hour during business hours, and tree hazards get a two-hour response. Storm work runs seven days.
Who actually shows up?
The same uniformed crew each visit, and Rafael Godoy walks and prices every property himself. You are not routed through an account manager who changes with the season.
