Estate-Grade Work, Owner on Site

Rafael Godoy has worked Dallas–Fort Worth yards for more than a decade. He walks the property, prices the job, and runs the crew that shows up, so the person accountable for the result is the person you met.

In Highland Park, University Park, and Preston Hollow that means mature pecans and live oaks pruned without tearing up established beds, drainage fixed before it reaches a foundation, and seasonal color kept sharp through a Texas summer. Sod, irrigation, French drains, and fencing come from the same crew, so nobody hands your yard off to a subcontractor.

Common Questions

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Every residential project starts with a free estimate and no obligation. During business hours most quotes go out within the hour.

What sod variety is right for my yard?

Bermuda for full sun and heavy traffic, St. Augustine for shade, Zoysia when you want the look of both. Rafael matches the variety to your light, your soil, and your budget. Our North Texas grass guide on the blog walks through it.

Do you handle small jobs or only full transformations?

Both. One-time cleanups, a single tree trim, or weekly maintenance are all fine, and none of it requires a contract.

How soon can you start?

Estimates usually go out within the hour during business hours, and most residential work starts within the same week. Storm response and hazard trees jump the queue.

Do you fix drainage and standing water?

Yes. French drains, surface and channel drains, regrading, and downspout extensions. On North Texas clay standing water works toward the slab, so we look at what the water is doing before recommending anything.

Do you install and repair sprinkler systems?

Yes. Our irrigation licensing is current, which Texas requires for anyone installing or repairing a system for pay. Ask any contractor you are considering for theirs.

Will you work with my HOA?

Yes. We handle compliance trimming, approved plant lists, and the paperwork trail HOAs ask for. Send us the guidelines and we design inside them.

Do you haul away the debris?

Everything we cut or dig out leaves with us. Nothing gets piled at the curb for you to deal with, and that is included in the price rather than added after.
