Common Questions

Do you offer commercial maintenance contracts?

Yes. We build flexible weekly, monthly, or seasonal contracts for retail centers, offices, HOAs, and multi-family properties across DFW, with a service report after every visit.

Who will actually manage our property?

Owner Rafael Godoy walks every commercial property himself, builds the plan, and stays your point of contact. You work with the owner, not a call center.

Which commercial clients do you serve today?

Our crews maintain grounds for PetSmart locations, the Dallas Zoo, Harbor Freight, Best Buy, and Burger King, along with HOAs and local businesses across the Metroplex.

What reporting do property managers get?

A service report after every visit covering what was done, anything found that needs attention, and photographs where it matters. It is written so you can forward it to an owner or file it with a board packet without rewriting it.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes, and we will send it before the first visit rather than after you chase it. Naming your entity as additional insured is standard for us and we handle the request directly with our carrier.

Can crews work after hours?

Yes. Retail and restaurant grounds are often best done after close, and that is how we did the PetSmart parking-lot island rebuild without the store losing a customer.

How does switching from our current vendor work?

Rafael walks the property first and documents what condition it is in, so nobody argues later about what was inherited. Most properties need one catch-up visit before the regular schedule starts.

Do you handle commercial irrigation?

Yes. Our irrigation licensing is current, which Texas requires for system work performed for compensation. That covers zone repairs, controller and sensor work, and efficiency audits on multi-zone commercial systems.

How fast do you respond after storms?

Same-day response for commercial clients with active damage. Fallen limbs, blocked entrances, and hazards get priority scheduling.
