No. Weekly and biweekly service run visit to visit, and you can stop whenever you want. Commercial and HOA properties usually prefer a written schedule, and we will do that where it helps the property manager.
Weekly from roughly March through October, when North Texas turf grows fast enough that skipping a week means cutting off too much at once. Biweekly works through the cooler months. We will tell you which one your lawn actually needs rather than selling you the bigger number.
We mulch them back by default, because clippings return nitrogen to the lawn and that is free fertilizer. If you would rather they came off the property, say so and we will bag them.
We move you to the next dry day rather than cutting a saturated lawn, which tears the turf and ruts the ground. You get a message when the day shifts.
